Schedule an evaluation for your dog today to get started! The evaluation gives us the chance to talk in depth about your dog and your training goals. It also gives you the opportunity to go over any questions you might have about what the training process will look like. Our programs are designed to give owners practical tools they can use in everyday life. During sessions, we don’t simply work with the dog while the owner watches—we coach the owner through the training process so they understand what to do and why it works.
We recommend that most new private-training clients begin with a two-month foundation program. The first month consists of weekly sessions, followed by either weekly or every-other-week sessions during the second month based on the dog’s progress and the family’s goals. Because every dog progresses differently, there is no universal number of sessions that every dog needs. Many families continue training beyond the initial foundation period as they work toward longer-term goals. Private training is available for dogs and puppies over 4 months old.
